The agreement
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every BOOKED shoot. Paying a deposit means you accept them. They exist to protect your reserved time and ours.
1 · Deposit
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your shoot date and time. The deposit is applied to the total price of your selected package. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, before delivery of final content.
2 · No-refund policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. The deposit reserves studio time, travel and editing capacity that cannot be resold on short notice. By paying the deposit you acknowledge that no refund will be issued for cancellation, change of mind, or failure to attend the scheduled shoot.
3 · Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, at no additional cost, with at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled start time. The deposit transfers to the new date, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 48 hours notice, or a second reschedule request, require a new deposit.
4 · No-shows and late arrivals
If you are more than 20 minutes late, the shoot may be shortened to fit the reserved window, or treated as a no-show at BOOKED's discretion. A no-show forfeits the deposit in full.
5 · Availability and cancellation by BOOKED
If BOOKED cannot deliver the shoot due to illness, equipment failure, weather, or any other circumstance, you will be offered the next available date. If no mutually workable date can be agreed, the deposit will be refunded in full. This is the only circumstance in which a deposit is refunded.
6 · Deliverables and turnaround
Deliverables match the videos, photos and services listed in your selected package (Essential, Signature or Exclusive). Essential and Signature content is delivered within 72 hours of the shoot. Exclusive content is delivered within 48 hours. One round of minor revisions per deliverable is included. Raw or unedited footage is not included.
7 · Content usage
You receive a perpetual license to use the delivered content to promote your own business on social media, in advertising and in print. BOOKED retains the right to use the content in its own portfolio, website and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.
8 · Location, access and conduct
You are responsible for providing access to your suite or shop, permission from the property owner where required, and consent from any client or third party appearing on camera. BOOKED may end a shoot without refund if the environment is unsafe or if conduct is abusive.
9 · Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. BOOKED does not store your card details. Chargebacks filed against a completed shoot or a non-refundable deposit will be disputed with this agreement as evidence.
